Garlic: Essential for flavor!
Soya Sauce: For saltiness and flavor.
Black Vinegar: For Flavor and umami.
Cooking Oil: Use neutral oil, I am using sunflower oil. Avoid using strongly flavored oil like coconut, sesame, ghee, it can overpower the other ingredients and desired flavor of the dish.
